One Night in Havana, Paradise Under the Stars

Three years ago, we transported our guests to 1930’s vintage Hollywood where glitz and glamour reigned supreme. Last year, we threw a Rat Pack Reunion party reminiscent of the 1960′s heyday in Tahoe where the Rat Pack worked hard and played even harder.

This year’s theme is One Night in Havana, Paradise Under the Stars in celebration of our community’s cultural diversity For one night only, the Cuban borders will be open. Get your boarding pass and be transported to the romantic Caribbean isle that has captivated and inspired generations of writers, poets and musicians including Ernest Hemingway and Irving Berlin. Cuba today is the “forbidden isle” but during 1920′s prohibition it was the playground for the rich & famous. It became wildly popular again in the 1940′s when tourists flocked to the new Tropicana nightclub in Havana — a spectacular open air show place which sat on a 6-acre villa amidst a lush tropical landscape. It was truly paradise under the stars!!
